Jolene works as a freelance designer for Front Lounge, Front Lounge is a social empowerment organisation based in Dundee, Scotland. Jolene has worked on a variety of projects with this local charity including running arm knitting workshops in the community in various schools and also being part of the graduate programme and offering a kickstart internship place to work for Jo-AMI, in which Maisie Farrer has been kept on after her placement!

“Fashion Entrepreneurs Go Back to School to Inspire Pupils”

A pioneering clothes-making course designed for young parents has been adopted by a Dundee school to help boost engagement and aspiration amongst pupils.

The Kindred Clothing scheme's pilot project in Grove Academy saw a hand-picked group of S2 youngsters brought together to learn how to make clothes and make new friends over the course of ten weeks.
